      Dr. Rosario Mollo has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an extensive background in product design, translational sciences, and regulatory strategies, moving early stage drug development programs to global regulatory submission and launch, for small and large molecules. At TOMO, Rosario consults on Pharmaceutics, Pharmacokinetics/Clinical Pharmacology, and CMC regulatory.  Before starting with TOMO, Rosario held management positions in Pharmaceutics and Translational Sciences at Heron Therapeutics in Redwood City, California, specializing in 505(b)(2), and she was a CMC Leader at Elan Pharmaceuticals South San Francisco, CA for two late stage NMEs in Alzheimer’s programs. Prior to this, Rosario worked in Dublin, Ireland in drug development in various projects at Elan Drug Technologies, ICON Clinical Services and BioResearch Ireland. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Trinity College, University of Dublin, Ireland, and a Pharmacy Degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Rosario’s expertise includes novel drug delivery systems, combination products, solid state characterization, IVIVC.
